Keyboard seamless searching UX with Voice ( Minimalized step when using the basic keyboard )
The user can search the contents using their voice in the basic keyboard.Easy switch between basic keyboard and voice keyboard.

CONCEPT
In the previous, a user had to press each character to complete the keyword on the screen keyboard for searching content.
Which concept, using voice function on the keyboard, helps to search the content more easily and quickly rather than previous experience.

After releasing the new feature(voice keyboard), we need to prove whether this feature is useful or not.
So, I set up the system for collecting the frequency of voice search usage with the data collecting system
and this data helps to find to improvement point.

Set up countries that require collection the usage data
KR, EU, US

Listing up the function that requires data collection
Number of activating the keyboard
Number of times the voice button press and hold
Whether the user has spoken ( Y or N ) ;
(We couldn't get a specific command due to a privacy issue.)
Number of exits the keyboard
We could get usage percentage of voice keyboard with a combination of these data
The result of providing voice keyboard service since 2017,
it showed that over 50% of the user used this service in the first year.
